Another setback for poor: 1.5-litre K-oil per ration card for July

Yet in another set back to the poors, the state government has reduced limit of kerosene oil beneficiaries in summer capital, that too with inflated prize.

The Directorate of Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs (FCS&CA) Kashmir, has fixed new scale and rate of k-oil under PDS for the month of July 2018 has been fixed at 1.50 litre per ration card and Rs 28.97 per litre for district Srinagar. The ration card holders are informed to draw their K-oil quota at the prescribed scale and rate from their respective k-oil depots on cash payment.
