6 of family found dead in mysterious circumstances in Sidhra: SIT constituted

It sounds bit perplexed that in Sidhra area of Jammu Six members of a family reportedly died in a mysterious circumstances. When a human beings died in a mysterious circumstances it raised eye brows as to what it led to the reason behind the death to takes place of them for which under the criminal procedure code Police initiate Inquest proceedings under section 174 crpc in order to ascertain the reason behind the mysterious death whose reason don’t know as such this provision incorporated with a sole motoo that when every Mysterious death taken place police registered an FIR and set the process of investigation into motion.

As this incident of Sidhra gone viral on Social media since morning and Police has constituted a Special investigation team (SIT) headed by SP rural to enquire into this shocking Incident . Since this incident came to fore it apparently looks that either by murder or by poisoning deaths occured adding, as in room one of the deceased bolted his door from inside and outside foul smell emitted of the same as if the deceased poisoned himself and for that there are several factors of the same which are the matter of the investigation . Even reports suggested that even one family member also informed the police that due to some strained relations there is every apprehension of untoward incident to takes place.

Deceased family reportedly was of South Kashmir and residing here in Sidhra and some members living on rent but now the police has started investigation in the instant case and police in order to crack the case will after taking technical evidences and other relevant leads would able to do breakthrough in the case.

The moot question now arises for consideration what are those circumstances and the reasons behind the deaths of these Family members. Now it has to be ascertained by the Police as to whether the deaths of Family members which occured have some rivalry amongst themselves ;Whether family members are in dispute with some strangers resultant there in they overpowered the deceased Family members in a fit of rage ;Whether the deceased Family members having property disputes amongst themselves;Whether Family members having enmity with someone. These are few questions on which which the Police required to ascertain during the investigation so that exact reason behind the Mysterious death be come to know.

As basically this Family members belonged to the kashmir region as such there mysterious death occurred in Jammu needs indepth investigation which could able to helped the Police to cracked the case.

As the Police enjoys unbridled powers for conducting investigation in the criminal cases as such obligation cast upon them that the SIT constituted be able to ascertained the cause of mysterious deaths but as the Police opined prima facie case appeared to be of poisoning. We came to know the exact reason sooner or later when ever police apprised the same before the Media.
