The National Conference senior vice President Women Wing, hailing from Gujjar Nagar Rasheeda begum resented the move of the administration regarding withdrawal of her security after three decades, she termed it a ploy of the administration to deliberately removed the security.
Rasheeda Begum while talking to media persons lashes out at against the administration for taking his security which she said she now prone to threat given the withdrawal of security from her. “As you know there are enemy also and kind hearted persons also so there remains threat apprehension from them so I feel unsecure now after removal of my security. One of the officers in the administration told me you get security only after you join BJP”, said the NC leader and former Councillor of Jammu Municipal Corporation. “Three-four days prior to 15th of August 2022, administration told me to return your PSOs and I complied with administration order. Police assured me after three-four days PSOs will be sent back again, but the backtracked their promises. I want to asked from the Police the reasons of withdrawing my security. As I used to go to different places on the occasion, I was not able to go due to withdrawal of my security. I am head of all India Teli federation as such I apprehend threat perception because I have enemy also as such fear to come out freely without security”, she said.
