Advocate Shiekh Shakeel expressed his lambasted PW(R&B) Department over the dilapidated and deplorable condition of the Samba- Mansar-Udhampur road. During a visit to the Udhampur -Mansar-Samba road, Advocate Shiekh Shakeel got irked and peeved when he saw the condition of the road as such made a video to apprise the Principal Secretary PW (R&B) Department Shailendra Kumar, who recently got implemented his ambitious re-organization of the department through LG Manoj Sinha on the occasion of Independence Day address.
In a video message, Shakeel heard saying, “I welcome you all the inhabitants of the Duggar Pradesh. Ahead of 1 Km of Mansar, there is a village having the name Chadawa and in this whole road, there are potholes and puddles meaning thereby not motorable at all for plying of the vehicles”.
“From Udhampur-Mansar-Samba the condition of the road too marred with puddles coupled with the road is not traffic worthy. Even what is more ironic even road has been broken from all sides. He laid stress that so much is the grave potholes that it takes at least one minute to commute on it”, he vociferously maintained.
He divulges that the incumbent administrative Secretary of the department was posted here for the past four and half years. He requested him to take out precious time as you are enjoying because you are sitting in the cozy room. Shakeel made a passionate and sympathetic appeal to the top boss to make a visit to the Udhampur-Mansar- Samba – Battal morh so that you can come to know about the road condition. At least have mercy on Duggar Pradesh.
He drew the attention in the video of the commissioner Secretary PWD R&B towards the truck plying while commuting the big puddles which led to the hindrance in the smooth movement of vehicles. He said the moot question who will talk? rather our netas said there takes place lot of Vikas. Adv Shakeel categorically stated as you know that Mansar renowned Lake in the World coupled with also a place of religious Goddesses.
