It sounds bit unbelievable but it’s a fact that two year old child brutally killed by step mother in Kishtwar. This incident is an eye opener for our whole society where in small flower I say being killed which really shook one conscience that the step mother never thought before committing such heinous crime.

What is the mistake of this child? Just because this child being taken care by the step mother that is the reason Step mother in order to relieve of the liability on her she killed her? Whatever would be the reason but such dastardly act should not committed at all. Taking one precious life is really condemnable without any cause first of all. Had this child ever knew that her step mother killed her when the child would be of two years of age? No, of course this flower yet to bloom and become one day some officer or get some assignment but Alas! Child had been killed and left for the heavenly abode.

If one can do introspection that two years child is so much of tender age that the child is not grown up and its body parts coupled with that of brain to be grown as the age progresses so one can understand how much small the child was. But the step mother in order to satisfy her motive she killed the child. Whether the Step Mother didn’t know about the repercussions of committing someone murder?

Not only in this materialistic world will step mother face rigours of the law. Even Almighty which is omnipresent and also watch the human beings acts be it devilish or the good ones. As such Human beings have fear of the Almighty that at last one day whatever position Human being holds they have to left this materialistic world and enter the permanent world. So, as such Human beings should be not under the fit of rage or whatever remains the reasons for committing the crime they should hold their nerves meaning there by they should differentiate between right and wrong. Because in the next world as the saying goes only the good deeds will help you to enter in the Paradise otherwise those ones who not did good deeds they will suffer. There is dire need for the law enforcement agencies brings into forth stringent laws to dealt with this heinous crime particularly of killing ones precious life. Because there remains loopholes in the investigation conducted by the Investigating officers who have been entrusted with the job of conducting investigation. It has been observed rather records says so that  due to the unprofessionalism of the IOs in the investigation as they lacked the skills which required in the cases as such cases become weak as the evidence collected by the IOs is perverse and suffered with infirmity resultant there in led to the acquittal of the accused. In this case, Police concerned required to conduct the investigation in a professional manner so that the motive of the step mother behind killing the child came to fore. Officials who are trained with professional skills they should be given the task of conducting investigation.
