President IkkJutt Jammu Party Advocate Ankur Sharma has said that the content of complaints being lodged against Journalist Ashish Kohli for registering Police case at various places in J&K, do not disclose commission of any offence.
During an interview with a local news portal, replying to a question that cases are being registered against the people (muslims) who are demanding registration of Police case against, journalist Ashish Kohli, no case against Kohli has been registered till date, Ankur said, “the contents of those complaints against the journalist mostly available on social media, as per my legal understanding, it does not disclose commission of any offence.” “But the people, who are demanding registration of case against the journalist, themselves in their statements making out offense under section 295a or 153 IPC” he said.
Recently, Ashish Kohli through social media post had ‘supported’ expelled BJP leader Nupur Sharma, for her remarks against Prophet Muhammad.
