Eid Milad ud Nabi Holiday postponed: In partial modification of government order No-1337 JK (GAD) of 2021 dated 16.12.2021 read with government order No. 1338- JK (GAD) of 2021 16.12.2021 , the Holiday on account of “Eid Milad un Nabi” Shall be observed on 9th October 2022 ( Sunday) Instead of 8th of October 2022 in the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir” reads the government order No 1156 – JK ( GAD) of 2022 dated 7.10.2022 issued by the government.

In the backdrop of meeting conveyed by the District administration Jammu with the prominent members of the Muslim community in regards to the taking out procession on the auspicious occasion of Eid Milad ud nabi which is scheduled for 9th of October 2022.
All arrangements have been put in place by the administration so that Muslim fraternity not face any sort of hardships on account of Eid Milad ud nabi. Directions have been passed out to the different department officials who dealt with essential services that ensure peaceful procession be taken out on the occasion of Eid Milad ud nabi.
One procession will be taken out at 9 AM from Sarwal Jama Masjid on Sunday and after passing through different chowks that of High court Chowk, Haider pora, Main stop Janipur finally get culminated at Eid Gah Ramzanpura at about 1 PM.
As usual like this year Muslims will throng in this procession in large numbers to celebrate the birthday of Last messenger of Allah ( P. B. U. H) .
During the Friday congregations, Moulana Ramzanpura Eidgah Hafiz Tabraiz Urges the Muslim fraternity to make this Procession peaceful and not resorted to any sort of sloganeering which goes against other religions. He said if any one who resorted to such condemnable sloganeering against other religions they will be put behind the bars as such requested to desist from making such slogans which vitiate the communal harmony”Religious preacher vehemently stated while urging the Muslims to not indulge in any such sloganeering which is not allowed in Islam.
“Even Police department implored upon the Muslim fraternity ” Maulana Hafiz Tabraiz further divulged adding, that those who used to ply bikes on the occasion of Procession of Eid Milad ud Nabi they be directed that ply bikes with wearing the helmets in the Procession rather better would be to participate in the procession by walk bare footed and those who ply bikes without helmets they would booked under relevant sections of the law “he lamented during Friday prayers at Eid gah Ramzanpura Janipur.
Hafiz Tabrez further vociferously stated that administration impressed upon that in every area ensure the presence of ten prominent members in the procession who would ensures that Procession takes place peacefully without any hindrance as such even in this Mohalla of Ramzanpura also be requested to at least ten members who would participate in the ensuing procession to make it successful and peaceful. He urges the Muslim ummah to participate in large numbers so that message be go and loud clear of peace, love and brotherhood, he asserted
