The High court of Jammu, kashmir and Ladakh has taken serious note of surge in Covid 19 cases across Union Territory of Jammu,kashmir as such impressed upon the Members of the courts, litigants etc to comply with the Standard operating procedures ( SOPs) of Covid 19 in order to prevent the spread of Covid.
“Keeping in view of the recent surge in Covid 19 cases in the Union Territory of Jammu, kashmir in general and district Jammu and Srinagar in particular, Honble Chief Justice of Jammu, kashmir and Ladakh has been pleased to direct that necessary precautions such as Maintenance of social distance, wearing of Masks and observances of SOPs, shall be observed by the general public as well as other stake holders within the court premises of the HC and Subordinate courts in letter and Spirit in order to contain the spread of Covid 19 infection”reads an order dated 23.7.2022 issued by the Registrar General of the Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh.
