The Jammu and Kashmir Hajj Committee today released the training program about Manasik-e-Hajj and other logistics for selected Hajj pilgrims from the Union Territory for the upcoming Hajj-2024.
According to an official communiqué, all pilgrims selected from the districts of Anantnag, Baramulla, Budgam, Bandipora, Ganderbal, Kupwara, Pulwama, Kulgam, Shopian, Srinagar, Jammu, Samba, Kathua, Ramban, Poonch, Reasi, Kishtwar, Udhampur, Doda, and Rajouri will undergo mandatory training about the sacred rituals of Hajj and other logistics.
The training programs will be conducted in the respective districts to guide the prospective pilgrims through the spiritual and practical aspects of the annual Islamic pilgrimage to Mecca. Pilgrims have been advised to download the detailed training schedule from the J&K Hajj Committee’s official website www.jkshc.org.
With thousands of devotees from J&K undertaking the holy journey each year, the orientation programs play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and spiritually enriching Hajj experience. The J&K Hajj Committee has made extensive arrangements for the welfare and facilitation of pilgrims in the second phase of the 2024 Hajj operations.
