Buyer of the property caught between the devil and deep sea
A senior officer of Kashmir Administrative Service (KAS) has reportedly duped a gullible businessman by selling the property he raised over forest land. The Officer fraudulently managed to registered house on businessman’s name through the court few years back by manipulating the kind of land.
The KAS officer presently heading an important department, reportedly possessed disproportionate assets for beyond his actual sources of income. “Father of this officer was retired as a clerk from the Agriculture Department and remained posted in his home district through out of his services. The KAS officer who hails from Chenab Valley during 2009-2014 earned huge money through illegal means”, told his batchmate officer, adding that however, a complaint regarding the misdeed and his dis-propionate income has been brought into government’s notice by a whistle-blower.
This officer has property i.e. house and plots in posh area of Jammu city near the bypass road. Besides this he has invested in real estate business and also had grabbed upon forest and state land using official position and political connection, the officer is very closed to a Congress leader from Chenab Valley. He constructed a huge palatial house on forest land situated in Sunjawan area out of his ill-gotten money, smelling trouble having a palatial house on forest land he sold out his house (property) to a businessman. From where this officer got money to purchase huge land in posh areas of Jammu city’s posh localaties such as Sunjwan, Bathindi and Narwal and many more places.
