The Lok Sabha TV on Friday showed the protest staged by the opposition only for 72 seconds out of total proceedings of 45 minutes.
This monsoon session which is going to conclude on August 13 has largely remained disturbed because the opposition staged protest over alleged survelliance through the use of the Pegasus Spyware. The Lok Sabha proceedings on Friday lasted total 45 minutes over two sittings during which two key bills were passed. The first was the Taxation Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2021 and The Central Universities (Amendment) Bill, 2021.
