Amid complaint of abuse of official position by the Superintending Engineer PW(R&B) Rajouri-Poonch Circle, Bikram Singh, the UT Government transferred him and posted Superintending Engineer, DIQC J&K, a moth before his retirement.
It is relevant to mention here that on September 12, The Hidden News carried a news report captioned “Another Scandal: Complaint lodged against Superintending Engineer PW (R&B) Rajouri-Poonch in LG Grievance” regarding illegal processing of e-tendering by the SE PWD (R&B) Circle Rajouri, Poonch.
“In the interest of administration, Er. Bikram Singh, I/c Superintending Engineer(R&B) Circle Rajouri, is transferred and posted as I/c Superintending Engineer, DIQC, Er. Devi Dayal, I/c Superintending Engineer(R&B), DIQC, J&K is transferred and posted as I/c Superintending Engineer(R&B) Circle Rajouri with immediate effect. Both the engineers are deemed relieved from their respective place of posting with immediate effect”, Government Order No.387-PW(R&B) of 2023, dated 26/09/2023 read.
