Giving clear message that there is no place for extremism in J&K for the those who destabilize peace, the National Investigation Agency has raided various locations across Jammu and Kashmir in connection with the case of Jamaat-e-Islami activists’ funding in anti-national activities.
According to the sources, the raids were conducted in multiple districts of Jammu and Kashmir which includes Doda, Ramban, Kisthwar, Rajouri, Anantnag and Shopian. During the raid various documents and digital devices were recovered from Jamaat supporters. According to the initial reports, the NIA registered cases against these activists early this year for their support to terrorist activities on behalf of Pakistan.
