Castigating the govt. for bringing multiple miseries to the people of J&K through its wrong policies, Coordinator Jammu District (Urban) and Zonal Secretary JKNC, Dr Vikas Sharma on today asserted that only National Conference can address the concerns of the common people in J&K once it forms a representative govt. with full support of the people.
While interacting with youth at Trikuta Nagar, Dr Vikas Sharma said that the Govt has proved to be an utter failure in streamlining the employment process which is evident from the fact that many lists including that of scrapping the SI, FAA, recruitment of police border battalion etc have been cancelled as a result of which the genuine and intelligent aspirants have been made to suffer for none of their fault.
“Today the youth of Jammu and Kashmir was the worst victim of discriminatory policies of the government. They were feeling let down and betrayed. Despite the promise of 2 crore jobs every year, the Central Government has failed to fulfill its promise after coming to power. Ironically the graph of unemployment going high due to lack of job avenues is an open secret that reflects BJP’s utter failure on this very significant front too,” he lamented.
Dr Vikas appealed to the govt. to fill all the vacant posts in all the departments of J&K administration on fast track basis and also demanded that govt. should give preference to local youth in govt. jobs on the pattern being followed in Ladakh territory.
Dr Vikas also added that in the ensuing elections strengthen the hands of NC leadership in order to relieve of the hardships which the public are facing on account of present dispensation of BJP.
