Earlier, following the announcement of the Holiday made public there was wide spread jubilation across the UT of Jammu whereby scores of euphoric celebrations takes place which shows the very zeal, fervour and enthusiasm amongst the public about the Holiday to be declared on birthday of Maharaja Hari Singh.
Visuals which emerged on social media shows that BJPs leaders, social organizations etc celebrating the declaration of Holiday and seen reciting Patriotic songs in favor of country. There is great happiness amongst the BJPs leaders as they divulged that they deserved appreciation for the declaration of Holiday.
Civil society hailed the BJP government and other social organizations particularly Yuva Rajput the organization which was on the forefront few weeks back and staged vociferous protests demanding declaration of Holiday and even Yuva Rajput also went on hunger strike forcing the administration to do needful in this regard at the earliest before it’s too late. Declaration of the Holiday possible only due to the untiring efforts of the Yuva Rajput, Bar Association, Chamber of commerce and other traders’ organizations which fought unitedly for their common cause and they undeterred in forcing the administration to declared the Holiday which is a victory for all the Dogras.
