Seeks suspension of officer, why he illegally entered shops accompanying Police team

The Ware House Trader Association today staged protest against the officer of Food Civil Supplies and consumer Affairs department for doing misbehave with trader and officer accompanied with Police which the Ware House Association unequivocally condemned the same. In the aftermath of this incident all the traders organizations assembled together at the Ware House.
President of the Ware House Association Deepak Gupta said” Ware House Association and other traders Association have condemned this Highhandedness on the part of the officer of Food supply who entered into the shops along with Police force as if the shopkeepers have committed an offense. We asked him that if you have any complaint in regard to any shopkeepers apprised us and then you take action against those erring and delinquent shopkeepers but officer said today in whole ware house Checking would be done and then I told him that if you have complaint against anyone I will accompany you but officer not paid any heed to my assertions ” he said.
“For the last ten years Food safety department is conducting surprise checking across the Jammu and keep strict vigil over the Shopkeepers that the shopkeepers not indulge into fleecing and take consumers for a ride and we appreciated the move of the Food Safety department after all Consumers are our priority and without consumers we traders are nothing”President Deepak Gupta vociferously stated.
“We traders don’t tolerate any type of Highhandedness to them of any sort and if it comes the respect of traders we want that respect to be maintain at high esteem” Deepak Gupta further said adding, we want to tell this officer in question that remember for the dignity of the traders we are all United and officer should not think that we are alienated and not opposed your Highhandedness rather any type of Hooliganism not to be tolerated at any cost”he warned amidst applause by the traders.
On being asked that it has been observed that Ware House Association time and again comes in support of Administration and government even in corona period but today then why this type of dictatorial attitude shown by government official , Deepak Gupta Said we not only given the support to the administration but to whole Public of Jammu rather it’s our motto after all and here in Police mens are sitting and we have given to them Cylinders. We reiterate again if anyone disrespect us we can’t tolerate it at any cost come what may and we would coercive measures for the same. This officer should be transferred to kashmir region as in Kashmir region there is lot of hoarding and black marketing.
