The central government today informed the Parliament that only two persons from outside of Jammu and Kashmir has bought the property in Union Territory since the Scrapping of Article 370 in August 2019 as reported by NDTV. The minister of State for Home Nityanand Rai also said that no hardships or impediments were faced by the people while buying property in Jammu and Kashmir. Before the abrogation of Article of 370 only the permanent residents or PRC holders were eligible for buying and owning property in the the territorial boundary of Jammu and Kashmir.
