Recently RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat stoked controversy for himself when he uttered that castes are being made by the pandits resulting there in Kashmiri pandits being aghast and peeved over such a statement. As our Indian Constitution came in the Year 1950 which rejected all this discrimination of the different castes in the religions and laid emphasis upon no discrimination on the basis of caste, creed, and color.
How much Statement of the RSS Chief is relevant to which Editor The Hidden News Avinash Azad has a free-wheeling interview with Advocate Ashok Basotra who is a chairman of the Social Movement of SCs, STs and Minorities?
Advocate Ashok Basotra said, “The statement made by the RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat that religious structures made by the Pandits have brewed resentment. Due to the splitting of the different castes, this has helped the other rival ones to call the shots”, he maintained.
While referring to his statement of Bhagwat that his remarks were totally contrary to the facts, Adv. Basotra said adding, for the last several years RSS work has been exposed and the policy of them is racism they treated the Brahmins as superior and if you read the founder of RSS and Second founder Golwalkar you see they left no stone unturned in making the brahmins on top priority “Advocate Ashok lamented.
He said that Article 14 of the Indian Constitution clearly mentioned about an end to the discrimination of the different castes. What happened for the last seventy years people belonging to the SCs, STs, and Minorities as of now are well qualified and they are doing an exhaustive study on religious structures, scrutinizing all these religious structures and being written on account of differences between women that are Shudras and Shudras. Ramayana, Mahabharat, Rig Veda and Manuscript as they ensure that in all these brahmins continue to maintain supremacy. Everywhere they tried to hoodwink the SCs, STs. Even Bhagwat also knows that now the people are well aware of their rights and they foiled the nefarious designs of brahmins. People mostly shifted to Christianity, and Buddhism and the time is not far away when people come out of it. They want to do polarization be it congress and BJP etc. They tried to build pressure on everyone be it the media, bureaucrats etc Bhagwat said that these religious structures were being made by the pandits but pandit was also Dr B R Ambedkar also but coverage has not been given to him.
Q: To a query that in pursuance to the statement of Mohan Bhagwat Shiv Sena Chief Manish Sinha said that words should be deleted but the question is that Constitution doesn’t makes amendment? Whether amendment can take place?
Advocate Ashok Basotra divulged that Constitution talks about unity and equality adding if someone doesn’t want equality as they want their writ shall remain to continue. Whenever both sides do hectic deliberations then they see what suited to them the most and they wished to alter them to their whims and fancies meaning thereby to say to do amendments. It means that a conspiracy has been hatched and they want SCs, STs to remain under brahmins and they tried to fleece us by making such vague statements. But caste discrimination shall remain to continue till then when religious preachers continue to spread the wrong message by dividing the people on religious grounds. The main objective of Shiv sena is that the supremacy of brahmin continues by playing second fiddle with the SCs STs.
Q:On being asked that from the year 1950 till 2014 Congress remains under power and even go out of power in between also but congress failed to put an end to the religious discrimination?
Adv. Ashok Basotra rued that people were the same who made congress and the RSS adding, AO Hume Who was President in the year 1885 congress then formulated and in the year 1918 voting series started in England and in the year 1919 First Indian act adopted as it came to fore that in India also voting rights would occur then brahmins class thought it was become a difficult task for them as how to take the different social religious groups and parties into confidence in order to rule. They used the Hindu term to whom they say ‘Gaali’. They accepted the same and understand that congress then further extended its workforce to show its strength and then RSS which is Hindu Mahasabha and prior it was brahmin Mahasabha and in the year 1925 it was RSS. After the demise of Gandhi ji environment was created as it was banned by the RSS. Under the regime of Congress RSS continue to commit blunders and then open the Jansangh party and then further make BJP. Congress said it’s a democratic Party but it’s totally wrong as all the parties it Congress, AAP, or BJP have the same intent of supremacy over the brahmins.
Q: Asked that you are trying to mix Congress and RSS as in the year 1948 Gandhi ji was murdered. It was Congress who banned the RSS?
Adv. Ashok Basotra said that at that time it was Sardar Vallabhai Patel who was the Home Minister and he had taken hot steps in the whole of India as there was abrupt anger and in order to calm down the anger of the Indians and before the death of Gandhi ji he was doing work for the sake of Indians adding, Gandhi ji was in favor for the extension of benefits to the brahmins that’s why there takes place collision between Gandhi ji and the baby Sahb. If we study the Gandhian philosophy he said that he doesn’t have any objections if some benefits were conferred to the SCs, STs as they don’t want the freedom of SCs, STs but baba ji want us to give Freedom and Gandhi doing the work of them they don’t react but once the Gandhi ji turned to statesmen they killed Gandhi ji.
Q:As you know Rahul Gandhi time and again turned the tables against the RSS and in the latest during the Bharat Jodo Yatra he took potshots against the RSS. In Punjab question was asked to Rahul whether he wants to bring Varun back to his party in turn Rahul reacted Sharply by training guns by saying he won’t bow his head before the RSS. Still, the differences between the RSS and Congress still continue then how can we say RSS and Congress have cordial relations?
Adv. Ashok Basotra said that there are several examples but I cited an example of when in 1984 Indira Gandhi got died and the attack took place on Harmander Sahib by an army which means Indira Gandhi assassination and in retaliation sikh killings takes place but the same has not been done by either RSS Or the Congress. They are not different at all. After that Rajiv Gandhi come to Congress and won all seats barring two seats that went to the kitty of the BJP. All voted in favor of the Congress at the behest of the RSS. So RSS and Congress are not different they are at the same stage. Due to the coming of Kashiram Congress become weak RSS then become BSP. BJP, Congress, and AAP all are part of the RSS vociferously lamented Adv Ashok Basotra.
