At a time when government of Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir makes claims of high proof security but this conman in question who impersonates himself as additional director in PMO office and hails from the Gujrat has duped the administration coupled with security of the government has come under the scanner.
This incident is an eye opener as Kiran Bhai Patel conman from the Gujrat mustered courage to hoodwinked the administration of Jammu and Kashmir posed as additional director in PMO office. The moot question arisen for consideration that whether the administration before providing the Z plus security not ascertained the antecedents of individuals who have been given the Z security. This conman has been granted the Z plus security but how this Gujrat conman managed the same. This is a million-dollar question which begs answer?
Who facilitate the conman with the VVIPs protocols. Whether someone there in the administration whose influence allowed the conman to enjoyed the protocols? Given the high tech advanced technology in the system of the government who not even allotted the single PSO to the individuals without ascertaining the threat perception and their status coupled with granted the PSOs only after ascertained the protocols individuals enjoyed upon. But this incident is intriguing and baffling that one Conman from the Gujrat granted the Z plus security which have been given to the VVIPs as that of LG, CMs.
Now, the Police have lodged an FIR in this regard and booked the conman in different sections of the law. Even reports poured in revealed that even J&K. Police is also investigating with the Gujrat police in regards to this conman. As this conman being booked and in the backdrop of the same there is great resentment amongst the different quarters as they turning tables against the government for their glaring laxity that conman duped the administration of Jammu and Kashmir. Even some netizens reacted sharply to the move of the administration that if the conman from the Gujrat taken the administration for a ride then what sort of high proof security is of the administration.
One of the social activist pleading anonymity lashes out at the government that it is quite befuddling regarding the functioning of the administration of UT of Jammu and Kashmir adding, that a conman deceived the administration. There are Obvious someone in the administration who managed his entry otherwise for an individual one can’t get a PSO. This is a fiasco and the LG should ordered a time bound probe . Sooner it came to fore about the alleged involvement of the officials in allotting the conman with the Z Plus security and protocols the better it would be!
Question are being raised that when the conman said that he is additional director in PMO office, why not the administration ascertained his status from the PMO office. This is not that Herculean task for the administration to ascertained the conman status. But purportedly the administration chosen not to ascertained conman status and bestowed him with a protocol which is really disgusting. Even the conman not feared that he hoodwinked the administration and later if he caught he would faces the punishment.
Those authorities who have checked the antecedents of the conman are need to be quizzed for the reason as what sort of investigation they did in respect of this conman adding, as they bestowed him with a Z plus security. Sooner the top echelons of the power checked the goof up of this conman the better it would be given the simmering discontentment amongst the different strata of the society.
