The Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Vikas Kundal, today conducted a live program to listen to people’s grievances through phone calls. The program was a grand success, with more than 50 calls received from citizens across the district. It is pertinent to mention here that district Administration Rajouri has started a number of programmes/ initiatives to redress the grievances of the general Public.
During the program, the Deputy Commissioner patiently listened to the complaints and grievances of the people and assured them of quality redressal. The functionaries of the concerned departments also replied to the issues raised by the callers and provided quick and effective solutions. The Deputy Commissioner also made calls to the complainants, who have submitted their complaints a few days back, to know the quality of the disposal.
The program was aimed at providing a platform to the citizens to voice their concerns and grievances, and to ensure that their issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
