As the nation gears up for the final phase of the ongoing General Elections, the seventh phase of polling, held across several states and Union Territories, recorded an approximate voter turnout of 61.63% as of 11:45 PM, according to the latest figures released by the Election Commission.

The voter turnout figure, which stands at 61.63%, is expected to be updated further as polling parties continue to return from their respective constituencies. The final tally, along with the parliamentary constituency (PC) and assembly constituency (AC) wise breakup, will be made available live on the Voter Turnout Report (VTR) App, following the precedent set in the previous phases of the elections.

The seventh phase of the General Elections witnessed polling across a diverse array of states and Union Territories, with millions of citizens exercising their democratic right to shape the future of their nation. The Election Commission had deployed a vast machinery to ensure smooth and secure polling operations, adhering to the highest standards of transparency and fairness.

As the clock ticks closer to the culmination of the electoral process, the attention now shifts to the final phase, where the remaining constituencies will go to the polls. The nation eagerly awaits the final voter turnout figures, which will serve as a testament to the robustness of India’s democratic fabric and the unwavering commitment of its citizens to the democratic process.

The Election Commission has reiterated its commitment to ensuring a free, fair, and transparent electoral process, with stringent measures in place to address any potential irregularities or violations. The poll body has urged citizens to exercise their franchise responsibly and continue to uphold the values of democracy.

As the nation inches closer to the announcement of the final results, the voter turnout figures from each phase will undoubtedly be scrutinized and analyzed, providing valuable insights into the pulse of the nation and the key issues that have resonated with the electorate.
