SDPO after surfacing of video of the people who accused him of done beating mercilessly, refuted all the allegations levelled by the people as the Police Officer said he just quizzed them nothing else. Whatever allegations levelled are false and frivolous in order to defame the Khaki and the SDPO categorically stated that dispute with regard to the vehicle parked outside the Complainant house by the alleged accused and for which even FIR also stands registered under section 323,341 IPC put the record straight while talking to the media persons.

But when same police who earned accolades for their working in respect of tightening the noose on bovine smugglers, drug addicts (Mafias) so that they be put under the bars and not able to carry on their illicit trade of drugs and bovine smuggling as both these drugs trade and bovine smuggling assume alarming proportions despite the stringent measures taken by the Police. In Nagrota area which is the gateway from where the bovine smugglers made every attempt to reached Kashmir but the alert Police at the Nagrota thwarted their attempts and finally succeeded to booked them in the relevant provisions of the law. But when the same Police whose working is being appreciable by the civil society and at the same time if the public alleges that the khaki men resorted to brutality in terms of thrashing and beating mercilessly this would surely bring the police into the scanner. Untill the facts came to fore as a whole Message gone, when one alleges Police, men done thrashing that under the guise of khaki Police crossed red line as they beaten to pulp the person who accused the Police pf beating him.
Victim Deepak Kumar while narrating the ordeal which he said confronted at the hands of SDPO Nagrota showing the bruises and wounds on his body adding, due to the brutal thrashing by the SDPO Nagrota. “I am a resident of Kookar village of Bajalta and what happened my uncle has given the land to one person who is a resident of Purani Mandi and they have taken a piece of land in Bajalta”, Deepak Kumar further said adding, there are two to three houses what that particular family do they instead of parking the vehicle at their own house they parked outside our gate resultant there it become impossible for us to come out of the home”, he rued. “They, in angry mode said take the keys of vehicle and removed from the gate. Even told my brother that remove yourself the vehicle as they unnecessary entered into verbal duel with us”, Deepak kumar divulged talking to the media persons. “Even said take the Mobile and made video. Actually, this individual used to bring girls here in. When media person asked as to how he brought the girls when he is having his own wife, to this Deepak said at that time wife is not with her when he bought the girls,” Deepak added. Sidhra Police called me and my father adding made us sit for several hours there in whatever formalities they have to take we have given the same without any objection to the same, Deepak elaborating the incident to the media alleges, then after that a horrible incident happened when SDPO along with his two PSOs told us to get lay down and then started beating us mercilessly me and my brother, as I made request to SDPO that my younger brother suffered Injury as his back get broken, to this what the SDPO said it would surely take aback that Which the Doctors could not able to treat, same be treated by the Police and quick to add as he warned that if you tell the same to anybody ready to face repercussions of the same”, Deepak Kumar said amidst choked voice as he allegedly faced the onslaught at the hands of the police according to him. “Police is insisting us to affected a compromise but the moot question is to why we entered into a compromise as the Police beaten my sons”, father of Deepak said. As per the provisions of the law Police has to conduct the MLC of the victim from the Hospital but the Police in the instant case did not conduct the MLC which is an evident fact that the Police connive with the accused persons as such Police in a fit of rage taking revenge at the behest of Accused persons, father said while wept bitterly that we are implicated falsely due to which we are suffering, he lamented. He said, “Dispute is in regard to parking of vehicle by one family at the gate of complainant to which complainant perturbed and irked over the same and he lodged the complaint before the Police.”
