A video has gone viral on the social media wherein it is seen that lady beaten and thrashed one auto driver mercilessly amidst the public watching the whole shocking incident with Nelson’s eye and not bothered to intervened to stopped the lady in question to not beat the Auto driver. As the video spreads like wildfire with netizens in backlash reacted sharply that this is not all legally permissible under the law that one can beat somebody to a such an extent that the Auto driver in question felt ashamed that being beaten to him by one lady in full public glare.
It is learnt that Auto driver in question allegedly used some remarks against the lady in question to which lady get outburst and peeved as such given him the thrashing so that the Auto driver be taught a lesson. Auto driver stated refuted that any vulgar remarks he made against the lady rather he called her as we Auto drivers used to called up the passengers.
“But the lady started beaten me and even not ready to listened to my repeated requests that i not made any remarks”, eye witnesses quoted the Auto driver said. “Now the moot question arises for sympathetic considerations is that assuming that the Auto driver used vulgar remarks is whether the lady under the law entitled to take law unto herself the way she did as she beaten her mercilessly as per the video”, they further said.
Lady has the remedy to approached the concerned Police that the Auto driver allegedly misbehaved or used vulgar remarks? Taking law into her own hands just because the Auto driver being children of the lesser God as such, he being given thrashing. If instead of Auto driver if there would be somebody else who misbehaved with the lady whether the lady same way gives him thrashing. This is a million-dollar question which begs Answer?
If the Auto driver allegedly used the vulgar remarks against the lady in question, then it would reprehensible at all as to why Auto driver used such remarks. In order to ascertain the true reason behind this shocking incident Police needs to do fair investigation. As per reports, Katra Police have lodged an FIR against the lady for her hooliganism against the Auto driver in question.
