As the ATMs ( Automatic Teller Machine) which has been manufactured by the banks to provide money to the Public 24&7 meaning thereby hassle free at any time they take out money but when Public required the money in urgency and the ATMs of the Banks don’t work citing technical error or run short of money then in that eventuality what the gullible masses have to do at that crucial Juncture. This is a moot question public is asking as when they are in need of money to buy essentials but the ATMs of JK Banks from Janipur Till Jammu City as per public not functioning as a result it caught the masses between the devil and the deep sea.
A group of people from Janipur area rued that they gone to different ATMs of the JK Bank but to our utter dismay and chagrin ATMs not withdraw the cash which aggravated our hardships as it’s a matter of money. Not today it happened it has become order of the day in regards to the JK Banks ATMs that there came technical problem in the ATMs but prior it was not like that, now this technical problem is taking heavy toll on the masses who only use JK Bank ATMs and they are in need of the Money at the urgent, they lamented.
“Given the time and again problem which erupts in the ATMs of the JK Bank it results in the inefficiency and mocked at their credibility of this institution who otherwise claims to be providing round the clock service without any interruption” They further maintained while expressing their deep anguish and displeasure that when asked from the higher authorities of the JK Bank they at the very outset divulged due to technical problem this occured and by tomorrow it would be fixed.
One of the customer of JK Bank pleading anonymity divulged “It’s an irony that despite JK Bank branch of Janipur situated here in and on first floor there are two ATMs installed and on ground floor coupled with second floor house JK Bank building he said adding, but still the ATMs slip not worked and also ATMs not working properly which is an astonishing aspect on the part of the JK Bank which otherwise claims of transparency and accountability at the highest level”.Even a toll free number of the Bank has been pasted at the wall of the Bank in case the ATMs not working or the Customer faces any sort of grievances but the million dollar question which begs answer is whether the existing technical problem would be fixed now by contacting Toll free number”Aggrieved, dejected and irked asked?
Official of the JK Bank Wishing anonymity said ” This technical problem exist in Majority of the ATMs across Jammu he said adding, Bank is already aware about the same and it would be fixed at the earliest ” he assured.
When asked in Main Stop JK Branch mostly slip from the ATMs not worked and also ATMs not function properly as per the Public who make use of the ATMs,Official said public required to apprise the JK Bank branch Manager regarding the same rather the JK Bank have to ensure hassle free services which is rather our motoo at the highest level to provide to the masses”official responded to a query of the scribe in question.
Even security guard manning the JK ATMs and this ATMs too have security guard he also have duty to apprise the Bank about the slip and not functioning ATMs properly, Official tried to downplayed the issue in question by saying security guard are not much read and they don’t know much about the ATMs functioning”Official asserted.
But officials of JK Bank came to put cash in ATMs and they know about the same very well, Official admitted that “yes”they know fully well about the ATMs functioning they were required to provide hassle free services to the customer’s” Official lamented.
