Jammu and Kashmir High Court Bar Association (JKHCBA) has to remained abstained from the works in all the courts on 13th of August in protest against the government for non-fulfilment of their genuine demands seeking housing of all the courts in Janipur.
Even Bar Association Jammu (BAJ)has also issued a circular in regard to chalked out a strategy to further intensify the ongoing agitation and for which the Bar Association will be conveying General house meeting on 16th of August at 11: 30 AM in bar no. 2 district court complex Janipur. As such Bar Association requested the Bar members to attend the General house in order to express their opinion as how to intensify the agitation so that the genuine demands of the BAJ would be complied with in its letter and spirit. It is, pertinent to mention here in that today the BAJ staged sit in on Janipur court road seeking the housing of all the courts to single multi-dimensional complex at Janipur. Due to the shifting of courts lawyers’ fraternity suffering immensely as such for the interest of lawyers’ fraternity in particular and litigants in general Bar Association protesting for the fulfilment of their demands.
