We now left with no other option then to apprise the Home Minister that he is the Home Minister of a whole country and not of selected people by shot a open letter to him. Hope his good self would take serious note of the same and rap the knuckles of those at the helms of affairs in the corridors of the powers whose deliberate move not fructified our meeting in order to not allowed our deputation to meet Amit Shah.

Agitated for not accepted their call of  meeting Amit Shah during his recent visit to Union territory of Jammu and kashmir OBC, STs and SCs raised a banner of revolt against the ruling government as they termed that they wanted to project their grievances before the Amit Shah but to utter dismay chagrin and surprised their call for invitation to meet Amit Shah not materialized resultant there in now the OBCs, STc and STc shot a open letter to Home Minister expressing their resentment against the second fiddle treatment meted out to them.

All India Backward Classes Union (AIBCU) President Kalidass turning tables against the government “We have reposed faith upon the government that they redress our grievances adding, we applied before the government that our delegation to meet Amit Shah but it’s an irony and sorry state of affairs we did not received any call from the government to meet Amit Shah this left us fuming”he rued.

“Even when we apprised the government to meet Amit Shah so as usual they do verification which is the set procedure which they have to followed the same” Kali dass divulged adding, but we get perturbed when  we did not received any such call as only at the behest of government only selected ones that of Gujjars, paharis,Rajputs etc being  allowed to meet Amit Shah. We are being ignored”he lamented.

Recalling the past history, Kali dass said BJPs are against the OBCs adding in the year of 1992 SC passed a Judgement and even Mandal commission was constituted. VP Singh ensured that Judgement of the Apex court be implemented across the different states and union territories but due to article 370 and article 35- A Judgement could not passed due to the barrier of the Article 370 in the erstwhile state of Jammu and Kashmir. Last year on 24 of October 2021 CID verification conducted but we did not received call for deputation, Kali dass asserted.

“On 3rd oct till 5th of oct 2022 in which OBCs deputation was not allowed  he said adding, OBCs whose population around about 78% and OBCS mocked at the infamous slogan of BJP One nation and One law. OBCs making passionate and fervent appeal to the Home Minister to grant them about 27% of share as per the 1992 SC Judgement on Mandal report.

Some of the people also challenged the SC Judgement and it not get fully implemented adding, rather reiterated that BJP wholly and solely responsible for not granting due share of reservations to the OBCs. From the year 1992 when BJP was in the centre since then BJP government discriminated with us and not intended that we would get our due share, Kali dass further said simmering with discontent rued.

Asked that in erstwhile state of JK it was not BJPs government, to this Kalidass divulged that Successive  regimes paid Nelson’s eye towards our plight due to which we are being ignored. We hoped that under the Modi led government all caste  of the different religions get their due share but given the step motherly treatment meted out to us it punctured the very claims of Sabka saath, Sabka Vikas and Sabka Vishwas”Kali dass peeved.
