The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) orchestrated a warm welcome program to greet the prominent leader and former Working Vice President of Jammu Kashmir People’s Movement, Parbhat Sharma, who recently joined the Jammu Kashmir People’s Democratic Party. The welcome function took place at the Party Headquarters in Gandhi Nagar, Jammu.
Extending a heartfelt welcome to the new member, the leaders present at the event expressed their excitement and assured Parbhat Sharma that the party would never let him down or leave him disheartened. They emphasized that the PDP would provide a solid platform for him to serve the people better, as the party is dedicated to working towards equitable development and prosperity across Jammu and Kashmir.
Parbhat Sharma expressed his satisfaction with the party’s leadership and the grassroots-level cadres, who are propelling the party to new heights with each passing day. He praised the People’s Democratic Party for being the only party that consistently garners public acceptance and support. He highlighted the party’s clear agenda and policies, which attract a diverse range of people, including experienced political leaders and activists.
The party leaders revealed that the PDP is diligently preparing a roadmap to ensure the implementation of their agenda for development, prosperity, and peace in the region. They emphasized that the party is committed to creating a blueprint for the equitable development of all regions of Jammu and Kashmir. Their key promise to the people is to ensure equal development in all regions and the political and economic empowerment of every individual, irrespective of their caste, creed, political ideologies, or regional and religious identities.
